The second iterations of the "Oregon Outlaws", the first "Outlaws" having played in the National Nineman League and Oregon Football League until 2012, these Outlaws won both outings against the Rose City Raptors and forced a tie with the Sentinels, eventual champions in the Pacific Northwest Football League's first season in the winter of 2016.  After finishing 2-3-1, the team was shelved and did not return for the summer session.
