An original member of the Pacific Northwest Football League, the Rose City Raptors struggled through the winter season, unable to generate the necessary offense to get in the win column.  Derek Fink earned defensive player of the week honors in the Feb 6th outing against the Outlaws snagging 2 interceptions, including one in the endzone ending an Outlaw threat.  Fink knocked away what could have been his third INT of the day, to go with two tackles for loss in the losing effort.
 
The Raptors did not return for the summer season and the franchise folded.  Defensive lineman Jalean Webb would shift over to play for the Mafia before unexpectedly passing away in May of 2017.
